Lionel Selwood, Jr.
Mr. Selwood is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of DB Squared Holdings, which was founded in 2019. Mr. Selwood is an accomplished Product Management Leader with expertise in Operations Management, Financial Management, Lean Six Sigma, Supplier Development, Strategic Sourcing, and Product Quality Management. Mr. Selwood previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as Board Director of Romeo Power Inc. (NYSE: RMO). Mr. Selwood is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Board Director at AMP, a global leader in energy management solutions for e-mobility.
Since 2016, Mr. Selwood has held various roles at Romeo Power Inc. From December 2016 to June 2018, he served as Vice President of Engineering Operations and Global Procurement; from June 2018 to February 2019, he served as Chief Operating Officer; and from February 2019 to September 2020, he served as President and General Manager of North America. Prior to Romeo Power Inc., from November 2015 to December 2016, Mr. Selwood was Purchasing Manager of Powertrain, Battery and Thermal Systems at Faraday Future. Mr. Selwood has also held various roles at SpaceX and General Electric.
Mr. Selwood holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and M.P.S. in Supply Chain Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
